Originally I studied quite a technical subject and used to work a few years in that area before my heart felt less and less at home and felt a new love coming called bodywork.
In 1999, I started my professional Shiatsu training that I successfully completed after 3 years. Since then I have been bearing the title as Shiatsu therapist SGS (Shiatsu association of Switzerland).
In 2006, I successfully completed my 3 years studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and am allowed to bear the title Craniosacral Therapist Cranio Suisse ® too.
I really like not being dependent on apparatuses or whatever auxiliary means that can fail at any time. These two big and great trainings allow myself to work with nothing but my hands, my heart and my mind.
Many years of experience and permanent further trainings have skilled me in communicating in a non-verbal and often very subtle way with the client, respectively the client's system, the physiology, the inner healer.
I fully agree with a statement of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still, the founder of osteopathy, who said:
The body of man is God’s drug store (, and had in it all liquids, drugs, lubricating oils, opiates, acids, and antacids, and every quality of drugs that the wisdom of God thought necessary for human happiness and health).
Do you trust in nature, your nature, yourself?
I trust in you, your nature, the nature!
In spring 2013 I proudly achieved the branch diploma OdA KTTC ! (complementary therapy)
Since May 2017 I bear the title Complementary Therapist with Swiss diploma!
